With our state-of-the-art machinery, which consists of 17 production plants, we produce thousands of pieces of different inscriptions daily, according to shape, color and of course according to individual customer wishes.

The manufacturing process was optimized until we were able to partly automate the production of our products.

Automotive, logistics, electricians, the classic heating builder or private customers, we supply all sectors.

ANODIC PRINTING

The anodizing printing process is a high-quality labeling process for durable type plates. The aluminum surface is first anodized, creating a hard, porous oxide layer. The printing ink is then stored in these open pores.

CNC MILLING

Our CNC process is coherent with our anodizing printing process. The anodized plates are contour milled with twelve production plants. The programming takes place in-house.

LASER ENGRAVING

When laser engraving type plates, the lettering is burned directly into the material surface using a precise laser beam. This contactless process allows particularly fine details, high resolution and a permanently abrasion-resistant engraving.

DIGITAL PRINT

Digital printing in the industrial sector enables the quick and flexible production of high-quality labels, graphics, and markings - even in small quantities. Thanks to modern printing technologies, photorealistic motifs, fine details, and individual designs can be applied directly to a wide range of materials.

TWELVE CNC MILLING MACHINES

Our new, state-of-the-art production line is equipped with twelve CNC milling machines.

Through our milling process, we are able to manufacture individually for each customer.
You as a customer decide the shape, the size and the type of mounting.

We mill both the holes, the 3M on the back, as well as the magnetic labels.

TWO LASER ENGRAVING SYSTEMS

Laser engraving is used to give products a unique design or a personal touch. A sports trophy engraved with the winner's name, a pen with an engraved company logo, or a component marked with a serial number and batch designation - these are typical applications of laser engraving.

The great advantage: With a laser, practically any design can be engraved on a wide variety of materials.

Management, office & production staff are continuously trained in our company diagram for the further challenges.
The corresponding process descriptions, each individual process, helps new employees to have an easier start in everyday life at CPM.
